2018 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog

Thanks for stopping by today! We are participating in the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and we have a couple fun cards that we created using our Arctic Critters Set. It was perfect for the hop - we have a holiday coffee cup in it! For our first card we used a variety of products.
We love anything that NUVO makes and couldn't wait to try their glitter paste with this snowflake stencil.
You simply place the stencil onto your paper and use a spatula type tool and spread the paste along the stencil. Lift the stencil and then let the paper dry. It takes about 20 minutes.
We then mounted our stamps onto the patterned paper. Note that the hot cocoa cup has whip cream or maybe it's melted marshmellows on the top of the cup. We used my new favorite pen, The Snow Writer. You can write in small areas and then heat with your heat gun and it puffs up. This pen is different because you can write with it and you can control how much comes out. Giving you the option to do small areas or larger areas depending on what you are working on.
Pink is everwhere this holiday season and it was perfect for the base of this card. You can simply write with the Snow Marker pen and it was perfect to add the stamped cups all around. The dots are made with another all time favorite, Rose Gold Metallic Pen. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of it. We love to add dots to fill in space on our cards to create a pattern.
Thanks so much for stopping by and here is the link - you'll want to use to go back to the hop to find your next stop. HERE
